Program Coordinator Job Description: Job Summary The Program Coordinator will join a team of professionals working in a fast paced, team environment. Successful candidates will be eager to learn, come into the position with a can-do attitude, and have great customer service skills. This position reports to the Operations Lead. Key Responsibilities - Daily interaction via email and phone with client, staffing vendors, contract personnel and other partners - Monitor program email account and redirect emails to appropriate labor category owner - Responsible for backend transactional items such as, modifications to (charge codes, location updates, org. chart changes etc.), Manage primary customer support activities including quality review of hiring and timekeeping activities via a web-based application (VMS technology) - Log all client reported issues and track resolution lifecycle through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Create and maintain various reports for auditing and invoicing purposes - Constant interaction with vendors to ensure new hire paperwork is completed in a timely manner so the contractor can start assignment on time - Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reports - Entering new contractor profiles (contact information) and details of assignment into client systems where applicable - Provide general program and system user support - Ensure compliance with client procurement policies, guidelines and processes - Assist client managers with extension or revision of contract assignments - Liaison with managers and vendors to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and collected prior to starting assignment and at end of assignment - Ensure all work orders are closed in the system when notified of an end of assignment - Assist in collection/submission of contractor hours and approval of time by hiring managers - Log all client and vendor inquiries into Salesforce.com, a web-based application Required Skills - Excellent verbal and written communications - Ability to work in a dynamic environment that changes from day to day - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills required - Excellent documentation and follow up skills required - Strong organization skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of MS office and PC skills - Able to work independently and on a team - Customer Focused Education/Experience - Recruiting experience a plus - University degree or other higher education preferred AGS Internal Required Skills for Program Coordinator Job: EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS STRONG ORGANIZATION SKILLS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL CUSTOMER FOCUSED About Allegis Group Services: Allegis Group Services " Transforming the Way the World Acquires Talent.
