Program Coordinator Job in Seattle, Washington US

Please note this is a 4 month contract position.
Skills: Program Coordinator experience, MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint
Organize and coordinate efforts across multiple functions and maintain timely status of tasks for voice and network teams.  Coordinate small projects, establish document schedule, task assignments and progress reporting.  Potential  for telecom research, testing, customer engagement and process building.  Assist with tracking and trending of global telecom spend.  Excel experience required.  Potential for PowerPoint and some database work.  Need self-driven, flexible person that can handle changing priorities and managing multiple tasks.

 Other details:

Associate degree or above

Task oriented individual

Able to multi-task and prioritize

Excel and PowerPoint

 Lots of independent work (with check ins)
