WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management is a state-approved private institute of higher education with university status. The Part-time MBA Program is seeking to appoint at the earliest possible date a

This full-time position is initially limited to one year.

The Team
This two-year program, with its head office in Düsseldorf, is delivered in English and aimed at academics from various fields, who have been working full-time for a minimum of two years. The key tasks of the program team are the professional organization and service-oriented execution of the program.

Your Role
Your responsibilities will include the organization and supervision of the program modules as well as the coordination of international course modules with partner universities, working in close cooperation with WHU professors, external lecturers and the program participants. In addition, you will play an active role in the recruitment of new candidates and will be involved in the establishment and maintenance of social networks. You will work independently in your area of responsibility and possess the required professional foresight.

Your Profile
You are self-confident, capable to communicate at a highly professional level, and operate autonomously in a demanding international and vocational education environment.

You have profound organizational skills and a strong customer service mentality. As a member of a highly motivated team you are willing to contribute independently and efficiently to  the further development of this program.

You have excellent knowledge of both, German and English, expressing yourself well orally and in writing,  are computer literate and conversant with MS Office and the modern online media. You are flexible and willing also to work on weekends.
