Our client is looking for a Program Development Engineer for its Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
As members of the Program Core Team, they are responsible for all the design and engineering aspects Programs.
They have to:
"Lead the Development Process (study, develop in detail, validate, release) for the product and tools in accordance with Program objectives (Quality, Costs, Delivery, Product performance) including:
- customer specifications
- internal specifications
- legal requirements
- Engineering budget
"Establish the engineering related objectives of the program with the Program Manager, the engineering group leader and central RD.
"Achieve all the Engineering objectives such as Product Performance including Perceived Quality in line with Program planning.
"Ensure that the Engineering Functional Milestones are passed successfully and on time.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
"Bachelor's degree in engineering
"7 years of experience in Design Development in Automotive interior
"Ford experience
"Trained in Program Management System
"Leadership skills
"Team player with strong communication skills
"International mind set
