Program Director, Healthcare
This is a tremendous opportunity for a seasoned healthcare professional with experience in program or payment integrity, to take autonomous ownership of a multi-million dollar state contract. You will be responsible for the successful sales and delivery of HMS services and hold overall responsibility for management of this important contract, acting as the liaison between the client and our operations team, ensuring we are meeting and exceeding the clients' expectations. This is a highly visible, impact role where you'll be the face of HMS interacting with our client, government officials, lobbyists, associations and others. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have:
- At least five years of health care experience in program integrity or payment integrity.
- Knowledge of Medicaid statues, regulations, policies, claim processing, servicing, audit and reimbursement principles and procedures.
- Familiarity with Medicaid billing regulations and overpayment detection concepts through claims analysis and review.
- Advanced interpersonal talents combined with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of audiences, including some who might be resistant to the program.
- The ability to manage expectations, resolve problems, and develop opportunities.
