Job Description POSITION PROFILE The Program Lead leads and assists with the research, design, and implementation of a new program, policy, or process from start to finish. The Program Lead identifies gaps, researches possible solutions, and presents plan to Sr Manager and INA Region Directors of Service. Responsible for supporting the initiatives of Technology Services. Manages content development and execution of a wide range of communications materials both internally and externally. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Program Lead supports including program launch coordination, technical issue management, performance management and safety/performance update program management. Provides program support for National Level programs for Technology Services. Support includes presentation design and creation, regular field communication and other assigned duties in support from a service perspective. Provides new program service launch coordination between Headquarters service, field service, training and marketing. Provides communication coordination between Headquarters service, field service, training and marketing. Auto Allowance (Runzheimer) program oversight, policy implementation and Centralization of functions. Prepares written communication for and to senior level management regarding launch of programs/projects and provides written updates. Maintains communication with internal customers and external field customers Presents program information to senior staff and TS Headquarters team members. Assists and collaborates and deploys programs for general field use Collaborates with other departments to support existing programs and integration efforts. Creates key messages and content for internal and external communications for key organizational announcements and initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications) 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience. (Preferably Business, Communications, Journalism, or English) 3+ years industry related Field Service experience. Requires strong communication skills written and verbal, analytical ability, computer literate with application experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc). Ability to handle multitasking Ability to develop and maintain positive and productive relationships at multiple contact levels internally and with vendors.
