Overview:
We rely on our Program Management Specialists to perform, manage and oversee the many responsibilities critical to the operation and success of one or more of the company’s programs. Key challenges can include planning, integrating and leading all profit and loss or major business program elements; leading the development of the program architecture and top level plans; and leading the implementation of program best practices and conducting independent reviews.
Sample Responsibilities, Based on Experience:
- Develops and ensures the execution of program organizational, work structure, top-level program and execution plans.
- Directs the execution of activities to ensure close coordination between the program and supporting internal Boeing functions. Responsible for performance of suppliers and partners, customer coordination and satisfaction, and generating expected financial results for the company.
- Develops and implements customer and program communication and contact plans and leads the resolution of program issues.
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree and MBA preferred.
- Ability to work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions.
- Ability to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of operational programs.
