JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary
The Program Management Supervisor II serves as the primary point of contact for multi-product customer accounts and/or manages a team of Program Management support representatives with a portfolio of complex accounts. He/She ensures service reliability and execution, customer retention and growth, and a positive customer relationship with UPS.
This position ensures direct reports provide issue resolution, response tracking compliance, notification of events impacting the client, process improvements, tracking and tracing services, managing service expectations, and administering customer surveys. He/She facilitates performance meetings, manages standard operating procedures (SOPs) and statements of work (SOWs), and assists in identifying opportunities for account penetration. The Program Management Supervisor II has responsibilities in functional administration and staff management for direct reports.
Other Duties
- Assists with technology and information tool enhancements.
- Assists with monitoring quality audits and analysis.
- Monitors product service standards’ compliance to evaluate delivery standards.
- Gathers customer service satisfaction information and shares best practices.
- Identifies opportunities for account penetration to grow the business.
- Organizes functional department group structure and work breakdown for maximum productivity.

- Measures and evaluates individual, group and business performance, results and goal attainment. Sets goals, identifies key indicators, uses measurement tools and identifies gaps.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
- Currently in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself there
- If required, must be willing to travel.
- Preferred to have sales experience from Business to Business or Business to Consumer or experience in a UPS management job or customer facing role.
- Preferred to have experience supervising others.
