Program Manager (12 Month Contract)
Requirements:
- Plan and define measurable objectives to ensure that migrations are executed as planned.
- Drive and manage the overall progress against set milestones and ensure that issues and risks are suitably managed.
- Provide overall leadership to team members - Project Managers, Business Analyst and PMOs to ensure successful and timely deliverables.
- Effective stakeholder management with the Business and Technology teams to ensure that planning and execution of programme is aligned.
- Provide accurate monthly financial forecasting of overall programme.
- Provide updates to the Business on programme and team members' progress.
Requirements:
- 12 to 15 years of Investment Banking experience
- Prior successful deliveries of program portfolio of at least 50mil in size
- Experienced in stakeholder management with Finance Accounting, Product Control, Risk, Regulatory, Operations teams
- Strong understanding of front to back trade flows
- Strong organizational skills
- PMP or Prince 2 certification would be an added advantage
