Program Manager - Ship to Shore Connector

The Program Manager will play an important role in determining the success of the business and anticipated growth, providing Program Management capability to both current and future programs. Key accountabilities Accountable for achieving a well-defined program, ensuring it meets schedule, specification, cost and business case requirements expressed as objectives agreed with the Customer, Program Executive and supporting Functions. This includes the application of key program management processes and principles such as work breakdown structure application, customer/contract requirements and deliverables, risk management and fiscal and schedule management and reporting. Responsible for managing the integrated multi-function program team across business sectors to deliver contract requirements. Accountable for Cost, Schedule and Requirements for all assigned Work Packages including development activity, product supply and contractual deliverables. In conjunction with the Services Program team and appropriate Product Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the after aftermarket support strategy fulfills both Business and Customer needs. In conjunction with Business Development and the Advanced Program teams is responsible for developing and implementing the long term strategy for the assigned sectors/programs including product introduction, transition and aftermarket strategy. In conjunction with the Program Executive, provides key Customer interface on assigned programs including ownership for issues, concerns and solutions. Lead reviews both internally and externally on specific Programs or Products necessary to provide consistent and effective management control. This will include Cost Reduction Initiatives, PILM gates, customer requirements management and Project reviews. Support, and as appropriate lead Campaign Proposal development activity necessary to secure future business.
