Exciting opportunity for an experienced program manager with a strong marketing focus is required for ongoing development and management of a member benefits program exclusive to employees and residents
The role is looking for someone who can start immediately, for a 5 month contract on a part time basis based in the Inner West.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the strategic direction of the Lifestyle program to meet the objectives
- Negotiate strategic partnerships and sponsorship arrangements.
- Develop and execute acquisition and retention marketing strategies
- Direct all member communications, including interactive member website, weekly email broadcasts, newsletters and collateral.
- Develop a range of member events and leisure programs.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Thorough understanding and skills in developing marketing and communications strategies and end to end campaign management
- Proven ability to create strategic partnerships for mutual benefit
- Previous experience in budget management and financial reporting
- Experience leading and managing a team
- A high level of drive, commercial acumen, communication, planning, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
