Program Manager - Power/Transmission Line Projects
Job Description Position Description: We are currently seeking a talented individual to be our Senior Program Manager to lead the management and business development efforts and of power projects and transmission line projects. You'll successfully manage energy projects (integrated gasification combined cycle, natural gas, nuclear, renewable energy) and electric transmission line permitting, CEQA and NEPA projects according to schedules, budgets, and technical scope while maintaining quality. Responsibilities and Duties: Business development Proposal writing Project management; coordination and tracking of tasks, schedules, and deliverables Technical coordination Client and agency contact Staff coordination Technical writing and editing Provide technical direction and assistance to project team. Qualifications: B.S. or higher in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or Science 15-20 years of related experience Advanced degree preferred. Strong technical background and experience in energy/transmission line siting and routing analysis, permitting, Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Assessments, CEQA and NEPA analysis, and regulatory affairs. Strong organizational and project management skills required.- Supervisory experience required Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to details and schedules. Must possess good interpersonal skills, maintain professional candor at all times. Must be analytical with attention to detail, able to multi-task, and well organized. Must be able to travel for projects as needed.
