Program Manager
The Watershed Addiction Treatment Program’s growing structured housing program seeks experienced managers for our non-clinical sober living environment! We are looking for managers with innovative approaches to the management of our fast-paced environment. Are you a dynamic leader with substance abuse experience? Responsibilities:
- Management and training of staff members to ensure a safe and productive environment for patients
- Interventions with patients
- Proactive liaison between structured housing and clinical services
- Coordination of admission process and movement through the structured living continuum of care
Requirements:
- Management experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate between several departments in a clear, concise, and timely manner
- Solid 12 step recovery knowledge is a must
- Weekend and evening shift availability required
- Strong computer skills
- CAP or other certifications a plus!
