Program Manager - Agile, Scrum - Digital Media Company

If you are a Program Manager with excellent SCRUM experience managing cross-functional teams, please read on!

We are a Name Brand Media Company in Irvine that is growing their Digital division! Currently we need a Program Manager to manage programs involving multiple cross functional teams that are responsible for our 90+ websites and online publications!! What you need for this position:

- 3+ years of Program Management experience
- Must have strong professional experience doing Program or Project Management using SCRUM methodologies
- Background working in public facing web environments

Pluses:
- Knowledge or experience with Search Engines, Lead Generation or Internet Marketing, Advertising

What you'll be doing:

- Managing projects involving cross-functional teams to launch new products and services
- Using SCRUM methodologies
- Anticipating bottlenecks and providing project prioritizing
- Balancing technical restraints with business needs
- Assist in making sure multiple teams follow the software development lifecycle needed to identify risks and ensure successful launches
