Program Manager for Subcontract Management Description: Security Clearance: Secret Must demonstrate Full Spectrum Leadership skills. Minimum of fifteen years experience working directly in Procurement or Subcontracts field or Program Management with a working knowledge of FAR/Procurement regulations and procedures. Demonstrated performance in building and leading a team of Procurement professionals. Individual shall have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to relate equally well with AEHF senior management, staff of subcontract professionals, and senior staff from supply chain management.Strong record of developing talent within their purview and have demonstrated a commitment to continuous improvement.Candidate must be able to work in a high rate change environment and successfully manage a team handling multiple contracts simultaneously. Sunnyvale, California: Lead team of Subcontract professionals in all aspects of Subcontract Management for the AEHF Program. Responsibilities include managing subcontractor performance, ensuring program and command media are followed, budgeting, hiring, training, and overall personnel management. Interfacing and providing direction to the Common Products Procurement Organization. Keyword Phrases Include: Subcontract Management, Contract Negotiations, Federal Acquisitions Regulations, FAR, DFAR, Procurement, Cost, Pricing, Scheduling, Supply Chain and Program Management. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have Program Management experience within the DOD Businesses and or Government Contracting arena.
