The National Revenue Cycle Program Manager is responsible for designing and leading programs aligned with strategic business issues and opportunities. The successful candidate will be assigned to manage large complex programs, multiple aspects within a program, or multiple aspects across programs. The candidate will oversee and manage project work within the National Revenue Cycle portofolio. The candidate may manage and oversee project management staf in a direct reporting relationship. National Revenue Cycle programs/projects are often highly matrixed and may span multiple geographic locations. The successful candidate will possess demonstrated leadership, communication, collaboration, and planning skills. To be successful, the Program Manager must build sustainable and productive relationships across many diverse functional areas including senior leadership, and work effectively with strategic outsourcing partners. The successful candidate will have experience managing complex integrated project plans, business business process redesign, issue resolution, risk management, user acceptance testing, release planning, communication planning and change management. The Program Manager may be assigned roles that require the following: Define approach, program scope, requirements, and deliverables. Develop program plan which considers dependencies, risk factors and milestones. Implement program plans to meet objectives. Define program success criteria. Develop program status documents for a variety of audiences. Analyze and provide guidance on accurate budget estimates for program activities Ensure program objectives are delivered to the agreed quality, delivery date and cost targets. Identify critical program milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and actions. Deliver clear plans ensuring roles and responsibilities are understood. Support effective change management activities. Develop and maintain business case to support program(s). Develop, communicate and maintain program related documentation (e.g. work plans, budget, status) and information both internally and externally. Identify, develop and implement ways to overcome obstacles, taking risks that are appropriate for achieving a particular result. Build trust and communicate change to operations. Ensure successful knowledge transfer at completion of the program. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: PMP demonstrated experience in Program Management,seven+ years of program/project management. Highly proficient in MS Office Power Point, Excel, Project Plan, Word Highly effective written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to determine key business issues and develop appropriate action plans. Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative/qualitative analysis. Desirable: PMP/SCPM certification Five years Program Management experience. Healthcare experience / Revenue Cycle, Provider Systems and/or Claims Familiarity with Revenue Cycle, Provider Systems and Workflows, Claim Editing, and Billing.
