DESCRIPTION
:

Employees shall provide consulting and project management support to efficiently and effectively facilitate installation infrastructure reorganization issues as a result of BRAC initiatives. Substantive issues include National Guard Bureau realignment, Military construction (MILCON), Sustainment Restoration and Modernization (SRM) and Allied Support work.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:

· Air National Guard BRAC related work experience of 5 years or more.

· Detailed knowledge of BRAC 2005 to include in-depth knowledge of how BRAC affected ANG units and the funding trail of ANG BRAC dollars to the units.

· In-depth knowledge of ANG force structure and manpower, to include units, operational mission, mission history, states, and locations.

· Expertise in ANG financial processes to track dollars executions to financial closeout of all projects related to ANG BRAC 2005 actions and future BRACs.

· Experience in developing courses of actions and candidate selection for new missions driven by BRAC 2005 actions.

· Knowledge of Air National Guard (ANG) and National Guard Bureau (NGB) authorities, Congressional reporting, construction standards, briefing experience, planning/programming budgeting, and ANG BRAC Basing data analysis.

· Knowledge of Air Force organization and structure; knowledge of the ANG process in the Department of Defense (DoD); experience working with the DoD on BRAC issues.

· Bachelor of Science degree or higher desired.

. Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoiont and Access is required.
