1. Techno-functional experience on Manufacturing automation (MES/Manufacturing IT/ OPC, Historian, SCADA / PLC) projects
2. Experience of managing large, complex program of designing, developing enterprise (SAP/Oracle Apps) and/ or MES solution and roll out to multiple sites in different geography
3. Certified PMP,Prince2 and/or Scrum Master
4. Good communicator – both written and in executive level presentation.
5. Should be self motivated and good leadership skill
6. Good analytical stakeholder management ability
7. Conceptual or knowledge of VB.net/SQL would be an added advantage
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1. Creating a higher level vision, goals and objectives for the program
2. Developing detailed work plan schedules for design, development and testing for the MES Solution development following agile development methodology
3. Effectively coordinate among different partners (PG.GE,TCS, SAP etc) to ensure achieving goals of program
4. Identify the training and skill requirements of the team and arrange training and/or hire the team members
5. Ensure that element of global standardization adopted to each of the program decision
6. Allocate the resources as per the skill requirements across different sprint cycles
7. Monitoring and reporting design and development status on a regular basis to all stakeholders
8. Allocate activities and tasks to onsite-offshore team members
9. Managing Scope, Quality, Cost and schedule of the program
10. Manage the stakeholders and ensure timely decision making to meet the project schedule
11. Co-ordinate and manage change requests and configuration management in agile methodology
12. Ensure document control
13. Resolve issues, disputes and ad hoc requests
14. Monitor, review and approve all deliverables
15. Ensure overall quality and success of the project vis-a-vis defined objectives
16. Managing risks (internal and external) and escalated issues from project team to PG counterpart and to a senior level as per escalation matrix Creating a process for continuous improvement and capturing lesson learnt
