GENERAL FUNCTION
The Program Manager is responsible for overall management of the CSI Program throughout the project lifecycle from project initiation to go-live and support. The PM delivers the Program on budget, on time and within agreed scope while satisfying quality assurance objectives.
Knowledge Skills
· Excellent, demonstrated project management skills, effectively manage multiple small to large projects in a cross-functional environment
· Experience implementing Enterprise Level Solutions and delivering large, complex application development efforts
· Excellent communication skills, oral and written, encompassing inter-personal communications, persuasion and influencing skills in business terminology
· Proven ability to lead groups, manage project deliverables, and maintain constituent relationships
· Experience in managing budgets, project plans, resource allocations, and priorities
Key Responsibilities:
· Defines methodology, tools and procedures.
· Ensures that all appropriate program requirements and objectives are well documented and understood
· Establishes overall program approach; defines program plan, governance structure and meeting and communication cadence. Provides executive level updates on program status.
· Establishes the process to measures project success (budgets, schedule, quality
· Facilitates and provides oversight for the Project Scheduling process.
· Monitors and Controls project performance
· Provides oversight for the issue escalation and risk management processes
· Performs project management coaching to project team leads and team members.
· Provides leadership and guidance to the project team
· Participates in the high-level design and architecture decisions to ensure the configured system supports the EyeMed business requirements.
· Works with the business to ensure the product is successfully implemented
· Participates in and facilitates the Executive Steering Committee and/or project boards, as requested.
· Manages the TriZetto and other 3rd party vendor-partners day-to-day relationship, holding them accountable for their quality and timeliness of delivery.
· Acts as a consultant and external spokesman for EyeMed management to projects owned by other Luxottica group entities.
EXPERIENCE
· 10+ years Program Management experience required.
· 1 Major Program (Multi Year – Million $$) successfully implemented required.
· TriZetto Facets Experience preferred.
EDUCATION
· Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline
· Masters of Business Administration preferred
