As our utility clients gear up their energy efficiency and distributed generation programs, the opportunities are plentiful for making a big impact while we continue to grow Ecova.  The Utility Solutions team has an immediate need for a Program Manager, based out of our Seattle, WA office. In this role, you will report to the Regional Manager in Seattle and experience all the benefits of working for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company while having a significant impact in energy efficiency, climate and sustainability.

 

Role Description

The  Program Manager for the Utility Solution Residential Buildings organization will work on the Southern California Gas Multifamily Direct Installation “Home Tune-Up” program (50% of job), Spokane Residential Indoor Water Conservation Program ( 44% of job) and Rocky Mountain Power Solar Incentive Program (6% of job). This position is based out of Ecos’ headquarters in Portland, Oregon. In this role, this position will report to our Senior Manager for Residential Buildings and have the opportunity to have a significant impact on the success with our clients.

 

·         Project management, execution and delivery of energy efficiency programs and staff and subcontractor management.

·         Responsible to overseeing all aspects of program management including budget and PL oversight, meeting milestone delivery deadlines for the client(s) and Ecos, developing and implementing product marketing activities to maximize ROI of products and services, and coordinate with a number of internal cross-functional teams.

·         Provide impeccable client management skills with the ability to multi-task quickly and effectively. 

·         Manage strategic relationships with clients, and develop and manage revenue and net income goals. 

·         Manage subcontractor relationships and manage staff assigned to the program. 

·         Write client facing reports summarizing all program activities, and manage client invoicing and reporting processes. 

·         Work closely with marketing and other Ecos support departments to implement program and business development initiatives.

·         Other duties as assigned.
