POSITIONS OVERVIEW

                                                                   

We are searching for a dynamic Program Manager who will add to our team and continue to raise the bar in client service, safety, and growth.  As the Program Manager, you will coordinate and direct operations necessary to carry out contractual responsibilities of the company.  Your focus will be on any and all necessary planning, supervision, budgeting, safety management, vendor and supply contacts, customer relations and other high level managerial or supervisor responsibilities.  You will also be responsible for program development, education, training, promotion, and reporting, which are key components of the job.  The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, customer service and problem solving skills, and will be able to lead and motivate a team. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

 

·         Prepare schedules and routes for service personnel

·         Regularly inspects facilities and audits inventory, supplies and equipment

·         Implements organization policies and goals

·         Facilitate budget requests to identify areas in which reductions can be made

·         Participate in the development of long-range plans, conceptual designs, and capital outlay requirements for program/process improvements

·         Assists with coordination of program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts, and associated documents

·         Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, such as, FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.

·         Acts as liaison between company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors

·         Establishes and maintains contact with contractors to ensure the smooth working of the contract process

·         Some travel may be required for this position

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

 

·         2-3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience (ie: Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of experience)

·         Must have a clear drug screen, criminal background and DMV report

·         Working knowledge of MS Office

·         Must be able to work the first shift, typically starting at 7:00 a.m.

 

COMPENSATION: 

 

The annual salary range is $30,000 to $32,000.  An excellent benefits package is offered, which includes health, dental and vision insurance, FSA, 401K, paid vacation and holidays.
