Program Manager – Molecular Diagnostic Kits
Seeking Program Manager with Molecular Diagnostic Kits experience to manage the progress of internally developed assays, reagents and consumables, software and instruments co-developed with external partners.
Responsibilities:
*** Monitors the project from initiation and leads core team through product launches.
*** Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of projects on schedule and within budget constraints.
*** Develops project plans and timelines, coordinating with external vendor teams to achieve project and product deliverables.
Duties:
*** Be the internal expert for process and project management.
*** Act as communication liaison with Upper Management to assure deliverables are met, appropriate resources are applied and teams remain focused and engaged.
Required:
*** 3+ years of program management experience.
*** Experience in diagnostics product development and working knowledge of design control and FDA requirements.
