OVERVIEW:
Lead the way for a fresh and new implementation process of our next generation loss prevention reporting software! The primary focus of the position will be to define how our brand new product offering will be implemented, extended, upgraded, and supported. A successful candidate is able to think innovatively and deliver effectively and efficiently. He/she will be responsible to own and oversee the plan to enable the Operations groups to effectively and self-sufficiently implement, extend, upgrade, and support the new solution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Implementation project plan for new installations and upgrades of existing customers
· Business review process with customers to ensure requirements are gathered and documented properly
· Service offerings for new revenue generation
· Support plans for all levels of issues including the escalation process
· Service pricing for new installations, upgrades, modifications, and enhancements
· Resources and experience required
· Coordination and communication between internal departments and external partner group
· Other duties related to the achieving a successful product rollout
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. One of these years in a supervisory capacity.
· Excellent computer/systems background: PC Platforms, Windows Operating Systems, SQL, RDBMS, and complex application installation and configuration
· Related applications knowledge for represented product (i.e. Analytics, POS, PMS, etc.).
· Minimum of 4 years of project implementation experience
· Extensive knowledge of retail systems, operations, and procedures
· Extensive experience with analytical and business intelligence applications
· Quick learner with the ability to multi-task and handle fast paced environment
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Ability to work independently without immediate direction as well as work well in group environment to lead others
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and/or stand and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
