KEY:  The person will Interface with the Technology, Operations, Compliance, Trading, Sales, Risk, Tax and other functions to identify track key activities, milestones, risks, and dependencies.  

Description:
Business Programs team manages large scale change programmes within Brokerage Firm, typically providing the Program Project Management resources delivering front to back functional deliverables across organizational boundaries to meet the evolving business goals.
The portfolio of programs changes year-on-year and is reflective of business growth and control objectives.

Main Function
A Program Manager - PMO  - Investment Banking – NON TECHNICAL consultant  is required to define and execute programs aligned to the business strategy, which enable benefits to be achieved on a cross asset class and/or cross functional business basis. This program manager will be accountable for ensuring all aspects of the program and project delivery are scoped, planned, tracked, and managed to successful completion. The immediate focus for the incumbent program manager will be to ensure appropriate compliance is in place for a long-term strategic global regulatory program.
As the business strategy alters over the time, the program manager will need to adjust or re-align delivery/ priorities accordingly.

Main Duties
· Partner with Global business sponsors, to drive the successful delivery/benefit of critical business expansion, change and/or regulatory programs
· Clearly articulate the strategy/vision, translate that into a holisitic set of deliverables and ensure ongoing alignment of delivery to strategy
· Work with organization and key senior stakeholders to scope and staff initiatives, establish governance, and define Client solution
· Create communication materials for multiple levels of stakeholders
· Actively manage day to day activities and ensure delivery accountability is in place
· Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and reporting requirements
· Establish PMO to support initiative as necessary; creation maintenance of detailed project plans covering all deliverables (process, people, IT, control) and dependencies
· Actively assess and manage risk; remove / reduce barriers towards realizing goals
· Interface with functions of the organization as appropriate and hold them to account
· Manage Senior Stakeholder engagement and expectations (typically MD level business heads), potentially cross-entity
· Status reporting, providing visibility on status against milestones, and transparency of risks and issues.
· Chair/lead key project meetings, including executive committees, steering committees and working groups
· Conflict resolution in a high-pressure environment
Direct and matrix management of internal and third party resources

Person Requirements
Experience required:· Project Management experience (8 -10+ years relevant exp)
· Previous regulatory program delivery
· Exp running and delivering large scale, critical business change program and/ or broad exp in delivering corporate change programs
· Ability to communicate and negotiate at all levels build trust/credibility
· Attention to detail
· Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders· Deep IB expertise in at least one functional area
· Familiarity with Tax operations (preferred but not required)
