REQUIRED
10+ years of experience in software product development, systems integration, and/or software implementation services required.
5+ years in software quality assurance management and/or quality initiatives.
3+ years of client facing consulting
Candidates should have a solid background in Professional Services organizations with a focus on full life-cycle delivery, quality initiatives and process improvement.
Vendor interaction experience
Experience managing staff
At least 3 years in a Program /Project Management role
Demonstrated process management/improvement experience.
Experience in organizational change management and broad functional exposure.
Strong presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong business acumen and ability to negotiate and guide decision making.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Formulate, gain alignment, and execute on program approach, end state vision and roadmap for implementation quality within Professional Services
Develop a strong understanding of professional services implementations process and devise optimal approaches for achieving superior implementation quality, as a separate and distinct objective, independent of product quality initiatives.
Build and foster a high performance matrix team by identifying resources and skill-sets needed and implementing a management plan to ensure successful delivery of the overall program
Ensure predictable, consistent, and successful program delivery through direct management and overall coordination of all program related projects and tracks of work
Practically apply program management concepts to facilitate the achievement of program objectives.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships and strategic partnerships with key stakeholders/customers across groups and/or business units to maximize effectiveness and influence.
Develop lead cultural change efforts to integrate ever improving quality metrics into the broader professional services culture
Establishes mechanisms to set and manage expectations and ensure on-going control of the program (e.g., kick off meeting, program approach, risk management, issues management, change control, etc.)
Responsible for managing implementation quality initiatives within the Professional Services organization.
