The Program Manager Elektron Platform supervises the activities to govern, advice, and ensure adherence to project plans across four major business streams that make up the Platform - Core, Internet Suite, Third Parties and RDFD.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively execute program delivery from inception to commercialization while working closely with Business head, Product Management and Technical Asset Counterparts; establish and uphold efficient communication flow across the program/
• Provide articulate and accurate status to the Global Program office; create presentations and status updates appropriate for audience
• Develop plans, goals, milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation in line with established program framework
• Supervise/create and archive all project documentation; coordinate change management
• Lead and develop a team of project managers to effectively define, track and execute on the goals and strategy of the program across all business streams. Provide guidance and oversight as needed to ensure success of all initiatives within the program
• Track all testing and issues and identify those for escalation
• Identify, mitigate, track and report project risks
• Provide thought leadership on all aspects of the program in order to ensure successful delivery
• Work closely with global program office to develop appropriate program framework for centralized PMO function

Skills

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in managing large global programs in financial industry
• Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of MS Office applications and MS Project (or equivalent)
• Ability to be broadly focused and manage multiple efforts concurrently
• Ability to allow sufficient independence while maintaining alignment and overall direction
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization; including staff, business stakeholders, and all levels of management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including with executive audiences
• Strong conflict resolution, negotiating and influencing skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, changing, and ambiguous environments

Education:

• 4 year college degree or equivalent
