Program Manager recruitment
Working for a leading Not For Profit organisation on a large transformation of work. This organisation is working to bring about positive social change in response to community needs, to create caring and inclusive communities and a just society.
The position is responsible, under the direction of the Executive Manager – Strategic projects, for the planning, management and delivery of the Service Delivery Management Solution (SDMS) program; including business analysis, change management, solution design, solution build and test, vendor management and solution implementation. The key criteria for the position is the demonstrated experience and ability to devise and integrated delivery approach for all streams in the program; as well as the ability to implement an appropriate program control and management framework.

- Business Analysis and Solutions Delivery
- Program Management and Change Management
- Internal relationships
- Vendor Management and relationships
To be considered for the role you will have:
- Substantial experience in program management and solutions delivery in related fields of major solutions implementation and business transformation
- Organisational change management experience including business process improvement / re-engineering experience
- Previous experience working within a services orientated environment and/or experience working in the not-for-profit sector.
- Experience implementing Case Management, Document Management, CRM, eCommerce and ERP applications
Initially a 12 month contract, this opportunity has a high probability of extension. You must be based in Australia, have full work rights and excellent communication skills.
