Program Manager recruitment
The candidate must have demonstrated experience in successfully managing and delivering on cross-organizational enterprise efforts, ideally for large-scale corporations. This includes all aspects of a project life cycle such as project planning, development, change control, implementation, issue management, customer relationship management, team leadership, as well as driving standards and best practices to help product teams conceive and deliver innovative solutions that deliver value to their customers.
Primary responsibilities include preparing and maintaining Program and technology development plans; Establishing a master plan framework for program tracking and control including processes for management of the program; Translating program objectives to integrated plans, schedules and budgets for the entire life cycle; Establishing tracking and roll-up of project milestones and metrics for program level status reporting; Establishing and managing stakeholder expectations and revise plans and shift priorities, as needed and in conjunction with all participating parties, to ensure successful completion of the program; Providing consultation to senior executive management on issues beyond the scope of the program including RD and long range technology planning.
Minimum of a bachelor's degree and 5+ years managing project managers and projects. PMP certification or significant progress towards certification is preferred. Must exhibit strong leadership and problem resolution abilities, and must exercise good judgment.
