The B2B Program Manager provides program management for their assigned program (ex. B2B Projects; EPO Projects Feasibilities; B2B Systems; Small Business/Advantage; Reporting; Salesforce.com). This includes driving initiatives and projects that contribute to the growth of the program, providing business analysis for solutions within their program and attainment of program success metrics. This position will work cross-functionally with Sr. Manager, peer PMs, Business Sales Operations partners and Business Sales Management.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Program Support

a) Work cross-functionally with Business Sales Operations partners Business Sales Management to lead implementation of initiatives to maintain and grow program, method and procedure updates, communications, trainings and program reporting.

b) Create monthly program dashboard with program highlights, projects status roadmap.

Manage any vendor relationships for the program including: SOW/proposals; vendor contracts, licenses renewals; vendor invoices; etc. partnering with legal and procurement.

New Projects

a) Identify and drive projects forward that contribute to program goals. This includes:

* Project intake and analysis; business cases; etc.

* Gathering and providing business requirements

* Participate in system Design (FSD)

* Act as primary POC for interface with EPO PM BSA.

* Coordinate delivery to Sales (pilots, surveys, training, communication, MPs,UAT, support models, marketing collateral sales tools, etc.)

Provide SME expertise for projects initiatives that impact your program (ex. Enterprise projects, Grow Initiatives, Reinvent initiatives, Retention Initiatives, etc.).

Communication

a) Proactive frequent communication with program stakeholders, Sales, and leadership.

b) Develop strong relationships and encourage feedback.

Personal Development: Showcase Program or Project Management best practices and complete trainings/certifications.

Ability to sit for long periods of time; Ability to work in close proximity to others; Ability to multi-task and prioritize work with interruptions; Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment; Ability to present or host meetings with customers, vendors or the sales field; Ability to operate and communicate with all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

3 to 5+ years Program or project management experience

2 to 4+ years Business analysis experience

2+ years Wireless Industry experience

2+ years Sales, Care or Operations Support experience

3 + years SF.com administration/management experience or SF.com certification
