Program Manager
The People Bank Mississauga is currently looking for an exceptional Program Manager Project Manager for our client in the Office Solutions industry. Our client is a market leader and boasts a record for being one of the best places in the world to work.
The Program Manager Project Manager will support a variety of business units and must utilize strategic planning to carry out initiatives aimed at driving new business development. Generally you will be responsible for guiding process improvement, program development, organizational analysis, and developing new partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities
- Assess partnership opportunities which will help meet strategic objectives
- Implement process improvements
- Influence business unit leaders allowing them to better meet short and long term objectives
- Support, develop, implement, and evaluate programs and initiatives
- Research solutions and make recommendations for the improvement of organizational policies
- Communicate complex concepts through clear, compelling, and concise presentations
- Create proposals and present business recommendations executive team members
- Develop meaningful relationships with key functional groups
Qualifications:
- Completion of a Masters degree
- Five or more years of project/program management experience
- Comfortable working in an environment of ambiguity, complexity, shifting requirements, and strategic thinking
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Proven ability to lead projects to completion on time, within budget, and that meet performance expectations
- Strategic and tactical thinker
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence decision makers
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while collaborating with customers, stakeholders, and internal staff
- Proven ability to deal with challenging situations and maintain a positive outlook
- Advanced computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Project, MS Office, and assessment tools
