Program Mgmt Office — Planner/Coordinator recruitment
The primary purpose of this role is to assist the EMEA ROME program manager with administering the program, working closely with both regional and country business and technology partners to ensure the management and timely delivery of senior updates and key senior governance reporting activities in support of the successful implementation of the program.
ROME is GCT EMEA program focused on moving the Consumer group to a standardized technology platform and common code base. The deployment of ROME in EMEA will cover multiple countries (Poland, Hungary, Czech, Romania, Russia, UAE, Bahrain, Egypt, Pakistan, Turkey, Italy, Greece, Spain and the UK).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administration and logistic support to the program manager and project managers for the ROME program
- Administer the collection and consolidation of program governance metrics as required
- Manage the creation and delivery of standard weekly, monthly and ad-hoc program reports to internal regional and global senior technology and business management
- Maintenance the program plan, working closely with the program manager and project managers to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Assist the program manager with the management of resources across the program
- Assisting the program manager and project managers to ensure adherence to Citi program management framework.
- Attend and write-up minutes/actions from core program and project meetings
- Maintain the risk register and issues log
- Support the program manager and project managers in coordinate diaries, travel and organisational requirements
Skills
Knowledge/Experience:
- Strong end user knowledge of MS Office 2007, particularly Powerpoint and Microsoft project
- Intermediate end user knowledge of SharePoint 2007 (advantageous)
- Proven track record of supporting delivery of complex projects and programs in a cross-business, multi-country environment
- Understanding of Citigroup's System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes an advantage
- Knowledge of financial services, specifically the Consumer business would be an advantage
- Appreciation of project and system compliance requirements.
- Experience with interacting with senior management also an advantage
