Devereux Georgia operates a 187-bed residential program on the grounds of a 36-acre campus setting. Youth make full use of two on-site schools, gymnasium, swimming pool, and recreational areas.
The PROGRAM SUPERVISOR is primarily responsible for the development, implementation and coordination of their assigned shift's operation to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for both clients and staff. Responsible for daily planning, staff scheduling, maintaining staff- client ratios, and overtime prevention for their assigned team. Assist with hiring, performance management, and during any period of staff shortage. Oversees staff disciplinary action as directed by Devereux' personnel handbook and policies and procedures. Attends/ensures direct care attendance at treatment team meetings to review individual client program plans and recommends revisions as necessary. Ensures appropriate documentation of client progress, incident fact sheets, and the utilization of special treatment procedures. Communicates/responds to requests for this documentation in a timely and organized fashion. Performs related duties, special assignments and projects as required.
