PROGRAMME DELIVERY MANAGER – WEALTH recruitment
Delivery Manager is required to strategize and support the delivery of EDP and Wealth Management Treasury application technology solutions production services required in all Consumer Bank segments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and assure the EDP WM Treasury Technology Solution Delivery team members are appropriately resourced, trained and motivated to effectively support the Technology activities successfully
- Assure the designed solution is in accordance to the market best practices and organization's architecture and design guidelines to meet the business requirements
- Manage the technology vendors related to the programme production services.
- Manage the Financials of the programme and production to the approved budgets, and accurate forecasting
- Manage the various business stakeholders communication programme planning.
- Manage the Risk Issues of the projects and production services.
MUST HAVE:
- Proven Technology Programme Delivery and Production support experience
- Proven experience in process analysis and successfully implementing improvement initiatives essential
- Proven experience in Banking, Finance processes especially with Treasury (FX, Fixed Income, Structured products) knowledge and work experience
- 10 + years project management experience, preferably in implementing international, cross-border solutions for banks financial instituition
- 10 + years experience in wealth management (Consumer Bank) solution
- Good knowledge experience of Java, Oracle, Linux, Websphere Application Server based application systems
- Advanced knowledge of Software Lifecycle management processes
- Good knowledge of Banking systems architecture, i.e. core banking, channels, product systems, enterprise systems.
