Programme Director / Programme Manager – Front Office, Cross Functional Change recruitment
A top tier global investment bank require a Programme Director / Senior Programme Manager (Program Driector / Program Manager) to join a front office aligned change and transformation group.
There is a large scale programme that is about to be initiated and they require a top level business aligned Programme Director to join the team and drive forward the implementation. We expect that you have a track record of successful delivery within top tier investment banks. It would also be highly beneficial if you can demonstrate long term delivery over a number of years with the same organisations.
It would be highly benefical if you have previously worked within a Front Office environment and have experience of working with business COO's, Sales teams and traders. It would also be beneficial is you have delivered programmes within (or interacting with) IT / technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance (all cross functional domains).
You will have experience of strucutring large scale programmes that are global, have large budgets and teams a a wide variety of stakeholders.
