Programme Head– FX / MM (Director Level) recruitment

Selected candidates would be responsible for:

Lead an intellectually strong group both in technology and business towards a common goal.
Define and manage the multiyear technical strategy aligned to the business priorities and goals.
Contribute to the design, delivery and maintenance of key business processes (e.g. workflow)
Govern tactical solutions such that strategic direction is maintained.
Manage prioritization and monitor effectiveness of ongoing enhancements.
Architecture, both internally and into the group systems.
Supervise and ensure delivery of the project portfolio as agreed with the business
Manage senior stakeholders in technology and the business. Specifically be the primary contact point for both the ALM business and the FX / MM Operations
Work with business stakeholders to build appropriate justification for investment.
Represent and support the business in project investment forums.
Manage project portfolio to budget.
Manage people development, performance, compensation within department.
Maintain a culture of risk awareness and proactive resolution.

To be considered for the role, you would:

Have a high class degree in a numerical subject from a top international university.
Has development background and can demonstrate technical depth.
Has spent at least 5 years as a developer.
Has successfully delivered complex projects in Financial Markets with tenure greater than 12 months and budget greater than $10mm.
Has delivered projects encompassing business process change.
Has managed $10mm+ budget per annum
Is fully conversant with the business, considered a credible business partner and domain expert.
Has managed a multi-location/time-zone team.
Has held a regional or global business facing role for at least 3 years.
