JOB TITLE: Programme Management Office

Opportunity to join an IT services company specializing in the financial industry. Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for providing project administration support to the Sales team. To ensure that all contract paperwork is completed in a timely manner.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Programme Management Office

- 3 years + relevant office experience in a client facing organisation
- Experience of working in a demanding, deadline focussed, role
- Degree Educated
- Good written and oral communication skills;
- Good word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of standard Microsoft software packages;

ROLE INFORMATION- Programme Management Office

- Project / contract administration - track milestones from the signed contracts, create a reporting pack for upcoming deliverables, contract filing etc…
- Business Management engagements with clients including managing a Purchase Order tracking spread sheet, resolution of timesheet discrepancies.
- Liaising with the Financial Officer regarding invoices
- Invoicing and dealing with purchase orders
- Track client contracts/Statements of Work to ensure all signatures are obtained
- Support the sales team by chasing down missing Purchase Orders
- Track the risk of exposure to missing Purchase Orders. Report weekly to the management team.
- Communicate with the finance department regarding initiation/setup of all new contracts
- Report to the sales team any contracts due to end or with order cover due to expire
