Programme Manager- Business Process Modelling/Investment Banking
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a strong Programme Manager to join a global investment bank. You will be the delivery lead for Process initiatives within Group Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Programme delivery, working closely with the Programme Director
- Accountable Process design authority across the scope of the impacted processes under review (to ensure design integration)
- Working closely with external vendors to guide and manage their delivery commitments
- Responsible for delivering insight and recommendations for process change
- Responsible for designing future projects (working closely with the Programme Director and Head of Process)
- Reporting delivery progress raising issues/risks
- Managing teams on a global level to ensure delivery
- Working across a large stakeholder landscape to ensure corporate buy-in to supporting delivery.
Key Skills
- A proven track record in Business Process Modelling is essential.
- A broad finance Programme Management background, preferably in investment banking
- Extensive experience of designing and delivering process transformations that touch large stakeholder groups.
- Excellent understanding of process architecture, delivery approaches (e.g. Lean) and programme delivery.
- Experience of leading medium-sized delivery teams, from Discovery through to implementation.
- Consultancy experience is desirable
- You will be working with senior stakeholders and must be able to demonstrate previous exposure.
- Evidence of a very strong process skill set is fundamental. Working with external vendors will also be a requirement.
