Programme Manager / COO
As a programme manager within the chief operating office, you will be responsible for acting as the key point of contact for front office, credit, legal and other regional stakeholders. The role will also entail departmental budge management, managing resource requirements, process inefficiency identification and streamlining, regular client contract, staff training and development, and identifying high performers for leadership roles.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experience programme manger within commercial banking to work from the perspective of the COO office across multiple business transformation and change initiatives.
You should apply for this role if you have:
- 9+ years financial services experience, commercial banking preferred
- Track record in a programme manager or COO capacity
- Excellent programme risk management and control skills
- Solid knowledge across multiple financial instruments
- Entrepreneurial flair, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- BSc educated or higher from a leading investment bank
This is a permanent role based London compensated at £85,000 - £100,000 / year + bonus + benefits.
