My client is a niche technology consultancy specialised in Corporate Banking. With a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to hire an experienced Programme Manager to lead its Corporate Banking and Risk workstreams. A number of key initiatives have been identified which include :
- Online / Internet Banking
- Commercial Lending
- Trade Finance
- Treasury Management
- Transaction Services
- Regulatory Reporting / Basel 3
Working with a well known and established client base, you will :
* Manage client relationships with both IT and Business stakeholders
* Establish a Programme Management control framework
* Oversee end to end strategy to delivery using direct and matrixed teams
* Input in new business and IT strategy and operating model
* Lead and mentor Project Managers and Business Analysts to deliver solutions
To be considered you will need :
- Solid Corporate Banking and Business Banking knowledge in the areas mentioned above
- Proven Consulting experience gained from large bluechip consultancies
- Excellent Project / Programme Management skills (PRINCE 2 is useful)
- Strong Stakeholder Management at all levels
