Programme Manager-Cross Function Change -Tier1 Investment Bank recruitment
You will be responsible for delivering front to back functional deliverables across organizational boundaries. The portfolio of Programmes changes year-on-year and is reflective of business growth and control objectives. You will define and execute Programmes aligned to business strategy, which enable benefits to be achieved on a cross asset class and/or cross functional business basis. Partnering with business sponsors and key senior stakeholders, this manager will be accountable for ensuring all aspects of the Programme and Project delivery are scoped, planned, tracked, and managed to successful completion.
Person Requirements
Deep and demonstrable experience of Project/Programme Management within highly complex, matrixed environments
Demonstrate experience of running and delivering large scale, critical business change Programmes and/ or broad experience in delivering corporate/Infrastructure change Programmes e.g. new products/markets, large scale industry regulatory initiatives
Cross border / multi geography project delivery experience
Deep knowledge of Investment Banking business, typical F2B trade flows
Evidence of having built physical and/or virtual teams, managing associated resource constraints
Understanding of risk management regulatory demands
Management of third party resources, Regulatory Programme delivery and deep IB expertise in at least one functional area would be desirable

Combine an advanced understanding of programme/project management best practices and methodologies with a highly pragmatic approach
Ability to communicate and negotiate at all levels and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
Ability to represent the firm to external third parties including auditors and regulators to achieve the optimum outcome for the Firm
