Programme Manager – Data warehouse recruitment

Job Description:

The role holder is the single point of contact for the business / domain function(s) that the role is responsible for globally. 
- Ensures the delivery of technology solutions to agreed cost, service and risk targets.
- Develops and executes world-class technology that drives the business agenda - starting with strategy and architecture design, through to project initiation, and delivery.

Key Roles Responsibilities:

Delivery -
- Manages the delivery of multi-country and multi-product projects
- Ensures business objectives are met through managing the performance and deliverables of the team by actively managing requirements, design, implementation and roll out to production.
- End to End accountability for the delivery of change portfolio solutions to agreed time, cost, quality and scope within accepted risk parameters
- Ensures process, standards and risk compliance (including security, regulatory and audit requirements) are met

Financials/Resource Allocation -
- Allocates resources effectively to maximize efficiency of all the projects
- Actively manage the demand and supply of the delivery resources
- Ensures that the project budgets are met

Strategy/Innovation -
- Creates a technology architecture that supports the business strategy
- Creates solution that meets business needs while developing and reusing assets for the long term benefit of the bank.
- Introduces emerging technology and best market practices to ensure state of the art systems are built and business achieves enhanced benefits

Stakeholder Vendor Management -
- Engages senior management in the business and GTO to ensure alignment and project success
- Manages internal stakeholders through effective communication and delivery of expectations
-  Ensures system compliance with local statutory bodies
- Ensures high quality of service at the right price by managing vendors within the vendor management framework

Qualification Skills

• Strong data warehousing development and management skills

• Good knowledge of consumer banking products

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work and relate with Stakeholders across all levels.

• Budget of US$ 5 mil plus

• Direct reports 10 and Indirect reports 40
