Programme Manager (Director)
Reporting directly into a senior managing director you will be responsible for both shaping the programme and area for which you are responsible with a mandate to re-structure the client on-boarding function and hire additional staff to improve front-to-back operational flows and business processes for client onboarding operations.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Director level programme manager with previous experience within client onboarding or KYC operations to lead a significant strategic programme of work with significant autonomy to re-shape their world within the bank, all the time with high visibility to the MD-level stakeholder community.
You should apply for this role if you have:
- 12+ years investment banking experience with 2+ years at Director level
- Large scale operational leadership and people management experience
- Strong knowledge of client on-boarding and KYC; FATCA beneficial
- Track record as a programme manager within an investment bank
- Capital markets knowledge preferable; wealth management considered
- BSc educated or higher from a leading academic institution
This is a permanent Director-level opportunity compensated at £140,000 - £175,000 + bonus + benefits based London.
