Programme Manager e-Commerce
They are a number of strategic change programmes currently running and the e-Commerce programme is one of these top initiatives. The key aim of the programme is to develop a world class client facing web portal.
The team requires a business focused Change/Programme Manager to review, oversee and manage a wide variety of projects all related to the web portal. They will be high level stakeholder face off across technology and business units.
Key duties include:
- Stakeholder management
- Ensure overall programme objectives are met
- Team supervision of Business Analysts, Project Managers and technology teams
- Work closely with implementation managers to ensure each release is managed correctly for all external clients
To be selected for this role it is ESSENTIAL you meet the following criteria:
- Strong Programme/Project Management skills from Business NOT Technology change
- Exposure to waterfall and agile methodologies
- Recent and relevant experience working on financial services e-Commerce programmes or web portal design (desirable)
- Large scale business change experience within front/middle or back office
