Programme Manager EMEA Job in Warwickshire, Midlands UK
My client, a global leader in e-learning, case management tools and learning management systems is currently looking for a German speaking Programme Manager to join their Programme Management Team for the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
•The Programme manager is responsible for managing projects from initial client referral through initiation, requirement gathering, and development. The Successful candidate will have the opportunity to implement and maintain excellent client relationships with international companies.
•The programme manager manages a wide range of projects, from single deliverable projects to multi-workstream projects where a variety of products may be required to be delivered
•The selected candidate defines and documents project requirements, manages subject matter experts and stakeholders, manages client relationships and solves problems in a pro-active fashion to allow the project to progress
•The candidate will have first class client liaison skills, keeping the client fully informed of the implications of work being undertaken. This will be done through status and update meetings with the client, where project risks will be identified and documented
•Potential requirement to manage a project manager depending on complexity of the project
•Travel to the DACH region when required to perform the above responsibilities with weekly liaison with management in Kenilworth, England.
Education /Professional qualifications Experience required
•Educated to degree level
•Significant experience in managing multiple simultaneous projects through the full project life-cycle, from pre-sales through to detailed requirements analysis, customer delivery and implementation.
•Demonstrable record of successful project delivery for global blue-chip companies
•Prince 2 Project Management certification is highly desirable
•Fluent German is essential for this role due to my client's customer base.
