Programme Manager – Immediately Available – 12 month contract recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, plan, lead and deliver the integration of business in Singapore across all relevant business lines and corporate functions within the timeframe and set budget

• Ensure the project adheres to appropriate governance criteria and project management practices

• Work closely with all stakeholders and direct and manage program and project teams from beginning to end

• Define scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

• Act as lead contact and subject matter expert for the integration program

• Lead communication (both internal and external) and feedback on project progress and updates

• Manage day to day operational aspects of the program and underlying projects, where necessary

• Identify, manage, and mitigate exposures and risks on the program

• Ensure all the project costs are charged appropriately and on a timely basis

• Set up an integration quality check system to monitor status post project completion

• Perform project closure including cost accounts, storage of project files and post implementation reviews

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary education

• At least 10 years of working experience and preferably with financial industry exposure

• Proven track record of successful delivery of business integration within a complex program

• Certification in Project Management is a plus

• Familiar with the complexities involved in programs with regional oversight

• Effectively negotiate with peers or superiors to achieve appropriate solutions

• Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
