Programme manager required to work within the Finance department on the largest strategic project that is currently being rolled out from this Tier 1 investment bank.
Essential:
- 15 years worth of Programme Management experience from the financial services
- Strong understanding of Finance
- Strong senior stakeholder management across business and technology
This programme is a significant initiative drive by Finance but it will also benefits numerous other units within the organisation, especially Operations. You will be responsible for the delivery of multiple improvement workstreams to further enhance the team’s delivery capabilities on a global scale. There will be 4-6 major releases being rolle out thie year and you will need to co-ordinate these efforts and be the conduit between the technology and business teams. In addition, you will need to have a strong ability to analyse a complex problem and identify potential solutions by exploring and analysing diverse alternatives, including, where applicable, risks and potential business impact and then making the correct decisions based on the necessary information.
