Programme Manager required to roll out a leading Investment Bank’s Record Management systems globally. This is a huge multiyear programme which was initiated at the tail end of last year however they are seeking a Programme Manager to run the deployment of this harmonised system into EMEA, AsiaPac, US and any other area that this bank is prominent within. This system develops and maintain archiving and document processing applications worldwide and you will be responsible for managing the consolidation onto one common platform.

This is a heavily matrix managed organisation and so you will need to have experience in this domain as well as direct management as you will be managing a team of 15 PMs who will report directly to you. You will be leading the deliver of this program to successful completion on time and to the budget. The bank are looking to have this fully rolled out by next year.

Essential:

-Proven Programme Management within the financial services

-Experience of leading and managing complex, business change initiatives

-Effective ability in liaising with business and technology stakeholders as well as challenging the status quo

-Delivery of record management systems or similar is beneficial

-Full understanding of technology stacks

-Strong vendor management skills
