In this instance the solution being delivered is Forecast Order planning in a non-food environment whilst we are NOT seeking a subject matter expert we are seeking an experienced RETAIL Programme Manager. That is to say you are an experienced deliverer of Programmes in a 'Tier 1' retail environment capable of working with Retailers on their level, drawing on your extensive experience to understand interpret their challenges into an effective Programme of work.
The Forecast order planning project has been initiated my client now needs a Programme Manager capable of pulling together what are currently disparate workstreams. For example, the Programme Manager will need to bridge the gap between the business stakeholders/sponsor the Business Intelligence team ensuring the solution is 'fit for purpose'. At the same time the technology team need to deliver the appropriate technology infrastructure to support the solution a change management piece needs to be initiated to ensure the user community are appropriately educated trained ready to receive the product.
The Programme Manager will be responsible for successfully managing the implementation which will be done within our client's delivery framework align with the customers business objectives. You will represent our client at the most senior levels within the customer including steering committee meetings etc. As such you will take full accountability for the implementation of our client's software products services ensuring quality methods standards are applied maintained. The right individual should come from a strong services / consultancy background be experienced in working with managing 3rd party consulting / implementation partners. As you would expect with a role of this nature you will be an experienced Programme Manager with exceptional stakeholder management skills able to bring management together lead the Programme to a successful conclusion.
