Its purpose is to create an environment in which each business can act entrepreneurially while adhering to the strategic aims of the group.
The Internal Control Assessment Process (ICAP) is a significant component of the new ORF 2.0 framework. The role’s primary responsibility is to manage the project which will implement this component across the organisation.
The role will be required to:
- Undertake Project Management activities including:
- Prepare project plans
- ensure that milestones and deliverables are achieved as intended
- identify implementation risks, actions, issues and dependencies
- escalate items as required
- Prepare communication packs for use in educating stakeholders of differing seniority and experience throughout the organisation
- Act as a prime point of reference for co-ordinators across the group advising them on ICAP implementation
- Developing data management systems and undertaking data manipulation
- Support Program Management as required.
