Leading Investment Bank seeks a Senior Programme Manager with a strong background in Consultancy or Investment Banking and delivery experience related to organisational change management. You must have experience of managing large, global, complex programmes and also be hands on. You will have experience in areas of modeling production support organisation and defining transition strategies to enable organisational change. This role is focused on re-defining and implementing organisational structure for the Fixed Income and FX Production Support / Shared Testing Services function and involves defining a new organisational model and creating a transition strategy. You must have a banking or consultancy background and have a strong understanding of structured programme management in the banking arena and have a proven track record of managing large, complex global programmes.
